The Automotive Components Division of Windsor Mold Group is currently seeking a Human Resource Manager for our manufacturing operation in Pulaski TN.

The Automotive Components Division is a full service supplier of interior and exterior injection molded plastic components and assemblies, providing innovative solutions for automotive plastics applications to original equipment manufacturers and their suppliers.

Qualified candidates will have experience with Human Resources in manufacturing, the ability to be a hands on team member, willingness to step in and help where needed and be an active partner with operations.  

Position overview:

  • Lead HR policy and procedure communication & implementation to ensure consistency and adherence.
  • Develop & manage employee benefits, insurance, COBRA, unemployment, and Worker's Compensation. 
  • Plant liaison for implementation or communication of WMG HR policies and procedures 
  • Annual open enrollment and benefit enrollment responsibility
  • Weekly approval of payroll hours for plant
  • Maintain employee files
  • Onboarding and off boarding of employees
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement workplace initiatives to increase safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Direct development & implementation of training programs to improve work force and maintain consistency within operations and corporation.
  • Coordinate pay-per-performance wage administration with plant operations and HR functions to ensure consistency.
  • Review and mediate disciplinary investigations
  • Implement and coordinate succession planning development actions as necessary.
  • Demonstrate community relations by involvement in local activities.
  • Ensure performance goals are met for Management Review metrics.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing HR in manufacturing
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree with HR program emphasis preferred
  • HR experience in Manufacturing
  • Safety and Environmental program and regulation knowledge preferred
